Jaypee Bela plant at Rewa and Prism Cement Limited at Mankari Village, Satna (both at Madhya Pradesh) in 1996 were ready to supply the market of central India. It was a big challenge for Jaypee Cement to sell additional quantity of million tonnes in an already saturated market. Under such adverse circumstance, marketing team had to take on new challenges. Brainstorming at the company
